Our Philosophy...
At the Dove we love great food and we know our customers do too. We strive to use only the best ingredients and to support independent suppliers where possible.

All our dishes are cooked on the premises by our talented teams who have breadth of experience of world cuisine.

Our sausages and burgers are prepared exclusively to our own recipe with Belgian beer by Simply Sausages. They contain only proper cuts of pork, grass fed beef or lamb (minimum 80% meat).

We only use Fairtrade coffee and Cocoa beans and carry a selection of organic soft and alcoholic drinks.

We probably have the widest selection of Belgian beers in the county and whenever we can we support smaller independent microbreweries.

Our wine list is specially selected to reflect the richness and variety of world wines and changes regularly.

Our knowledgeable staff is always on hand to help you with your selection.
