Dove Pubs Host Belgian Beer Week in London 21 - 27 July

We are delighted to be hosting Belgian Beer Week in London with a series of events to celebrate the best in Belgian Beer. Belgian Beer Week will give consumers the chance to sample a whole range of beers from the region with advice from experts such as beer sommelier Phil Lowry and so called Belgian beer ambassador Marc Stroobandt.

The events will take place at The Dove in Londons vibrant Broadway Market in Hackney and The Dovetail, Jerusalem Passage, which is in the historic Clerkenwell area. Throughout the week each venue will have a special menu including beer burgers, which are cooked with Flemish beers such as Hoegaarden, Kriek and De Koninck in them. Anyone selecting beers from this special menu will receive a free glass of the appropriate complementary beer. Ongoing throughout the week will be Belgian Beer Bingo with mountains of T-shirts, hats, bottle openers and memorabilia to give away every day. Some of these beers are rarely available to sample and customers will have an opportunity to taste Flemish Trappist Ale Westvleteren. Rodenbach Grand Cru and Boon Geuze will be available exclusively on draught throughout the week.

We have teamed up with the Flemish De Halvmaan Brewery to offer a free prize draw to win a trip to Bruges on Eurostar for two, including overnight accommodation, lunch and tour of the De Halvemaan Brewery.
